3 GUT MICROBIOME BOOSTING SMOOTHIES

These are some of our favorite recipes for helping to support and rebuild the gut microbiome.  This is important in helping with leaky gut, and other digestive issues such as bloating, constipation or diarrhea. We have found that these have been soothing and help get to the root cause of our digestive issues. They are also kid tested and kid approved! My 2 year old and 16 year old ask for their smoothies everyday. I feel happy knowing they are getting pure nutrition with no chemicals, fillers, or additives.

Pina Coloda Smoothie

½ frozen banana

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

½ cup light coconut milk

2 tsp. unsweetened, shredded coconut

2 scoops GBX SeedFiber

2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

1 frozen banana

½ tsp. vanilla extract

2 soaked dates

½ cup almond milk (you can use any milk you prefer)

½ tsp cinnamon

1/8 cup rolled oats

2 scoops GBX SeedFiber

2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)

Strawberry Mango Smoothie   

2 cups frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup coconut yogurt (you can also use greek yogurt)

1 cup of almond milk (or your preference)

2 scoops GBX protein (vanilla flavored)

2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
